Brussels - Lille Europe TGV Line

The SimulatorTracks TGV Brussels-Lille contains a beautiful reproduction of the Brussels - Lille TGV Line in Belgium and France. When you leave the Brussels Midi station you have to keep your train (and yourself) under control before you can go for the 300 kilometers per hour. When the signal system changes to the new designed TVM 430 system you are allowed to give your loco full power.

The new designed 25 kVolt power gantries will offer you the electricity to reach these speeds. The passing speed of your train and the trains coming from the opposite direction is about 600 km per hour. So a 200 meter TGV coming from the opposite direction will pass you in 1.2 seconds.... So watch it.

Now you can watch your own programmed trains, as they wait for a signal or other train. As was it your modelrailroad. This gives you a lot of added value to your TrainSimulator program. We have located these trainspotting places on the following locations:
1 spot at the side of the track near Lille Europe TGV station
3 spots at the Fretin triangle were you can see the trains coming from and going to Brussels, Paris and Lille/London.
1 spot on a tower in Lille.
1 spots at the Lille Europe TGV station.

Activities:
We have included a diversity of different services for the above mentioned railtracks. That means that a lot of train traffic is active in this area which improves your Train Simulator fun. Check out for example the movies. We have already programmed for you heavy services on this tracks, but of course you can change or add more trains easily.

In these traffic files the trains start at about 07:00 with the first Thalys from (Brussels*) Fretin. This Thalys will arrive in Fretin (Brussels*) again about 2:30 later. The last train starts about at 12:15.
So when you start an activity and you don’t want other trains in front of you, select an activity which starts about 13:00.
